Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The arrival date is defined by the day your order status is updated to "Delivered" on the tracking site.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end. Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and need to be returned in its original condition or you're responsible for the loss in value.
We offer replace items for any cases applicable to our return policy. For any exchange requests, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refund policy lasts 15 days from arrival date and is applied for, but not limited to these cases:
- Wrong item (such as size, color, pattern, logo, v.v.)
- Damaged item or malfunction item
- Missing item/ package
- Wrong shipping address due to our end
- Late delivery package
- Item not as described. In case the item is handmade, it has to be significantly different to be applied.
- Unauthorized payment. Please provide as much proofs as possible in this case.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case you cannot return the item, proofs of the faulty item, includingvideos or pictures, have to be sent along with the proof of purchase. Our team will reach back in 1-2 working days and you will have48 hoursto provide proofs. After 48 hours, your dispute will no longer be valid.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For bulk orders over $100, we have immediately processed to meet the delivery schedule. Therefore, if you would like to cancel, we can only support refunding 70% of your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. After 6 hours, your cancellation request won't be processed at any costs.
